What HavenHub is.
HavenHub is a purpose-built administration platform for co-ownership LLCs — designed to handle the ongoing coordination that comes with sharing a property, in one place instead of scattered across group texts, spreadsheets, and email threads.
HavenHub is an administration tool, not a property management or maintenance service. It doesn't handle vendors, cleaning, or physical upkeep — it handles the governance and coordination layer that sits alongside your ownership.
What it's built to include.
Governance and voting - A structured way for the group to make and record decisions, consistent with the Operating Agreement.
Shared expense tracking - Transparent tracking of shared costs and contributions — no more chasing down who paid what.
Usage scheduling and date trading - A digital system for the scheduling approach your group has agreed to, including direct date trades between owners.
Document vault - A single place for the Operating Agreement, LLC documents, insurance policies, and anything else the group needs on hand.
Fund collection - Structured collection of reserve contributions and shared expenses from the group.
Who it's for.
HavenHub is being built first for CoHaven co-owner groups. Over time, it's intended to be available more broadly to any member-managed co-ownership LLC — not just properties CoHaven helped form.
